Park in front of our garage and walk along the flat path to your private entrance into this beach side apartment at the rear of our property. The space includes your own open plan kitchenette, lounge, bedroom, separate bathroom, toilet and Laundry. The apartment is fully furnished with the bed made up, towels and breakfast provisions provided.
Please note that there is no sea view, but you only have to step outside your door to one of the best the coastal locations in Wellington .We purposely incorporated this completely independent downstairs apartment as a guest wing in our newly built house. Take a stroll passed Peter Jackson’s house to our local beach front café for a morning coffee. Tony has worked at Weta, on movies such as The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Avatar and others. We can recommend lots of lovely walks and drives for awesome views across the harbour.
