There are three bedrooms with 2 1/2 bathrooms on the entry level as well as the kitchen, dining and living area with fireplace. Upstairs is a loft with billiards and downstairs is another living area with two additional bedrooms and a full bath.
Flagstaff is the perfect base camp to enjoy all of the outdoor beauty of Northern Arizona. The home is just 3.5 miles from downtown, 2.5 miles from NAU, 17 miles from Arizona Snowbowl and less than 90 minutes from the Grand Canyon. Create your perfect Arizona adventure!
Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay. Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.
