This beautiful spacious downstairs apartment is located on Lake Cortez. *****You will be walking down a sloped rock stairwell to the left of the garage to enter the Apartment.**** You will find the private entrance at the back of the home and the homeowner is NEVER there when guests are so you will have plenty of privacy. The views are gorgeous! Featuring 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, washer/dryer and a game room with a pool table! Guests have use of boat dock, and kayaks. Please wear protective life vests while on lake.
No Garage Use is allowed. No Fire Pit use is allowed, due to New P.O.A. regulations.
There is a stackable washer & dryer in the bathroom that is a condenser dryer and you will need to empty the water out of the drawer to dry your laundry

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
