Positive: The staff were exceptional. The lovely lady on the front desk (sorry I can't remember her name) was great. She was kind & friendly. She was brilliant when I booked the wrong dates and had no where to stay. She moved me to a new room and couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely be back next year. The room was clean and very nice, better than other holiday parks I've stayed at. The grounds and flowerbeds were lovely.

Negative: Nothing.
