Welcome to our bay side home with spectacular views located at Indian Beach on Galveston west bay. Enjoy the relaxing sights and sounds of majestic birds and coastal views in every direction along with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets! You will enjoy down time at this beautiful home or you are within 20-25 minutes of all Galveston has to offer. This lovely bay home is only two years old and is 1500 sq. ft. This home also has a pool, hot tub, outdoor grill, mini outdoor fridge and outdoor shower. You are a five-minute drive to the beach.
This is a three bedroom, two bath (shower's only) home with custom tile flooring, coastal decor, and a kitchen that is fully equipped to cook and enjoy eating meals with your family. The primary has a King bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a full-size bed with a trundle. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Total guests are a maximum of 8 including children. Max 4 adults. We will not accept 8 adults. This home is equipped for families.
You can drive over to Jamaica Beach and park your car for a day at the beach with your family or you can just enjoy relaxing by the pool at this gorgeous three-bedroom home. You may also go directly across the street to Indian beach and enjoy the sunshine and waves. No golf carts of vehicles are permitted on Indian beach; however, you may take a wagon and go set up your site for the day.You can park your vehicle by the walkways. Just be careful NOT to block the beach accesswalkways.The views at this home are amazing, and you will especially enjoy the sunsets from the front balcony, the pool or hot tub area.
Galveston is a 20/25 minute drive should you want to visit the Strand, the pier, or stroll along the seawall. Galveston and its west end have so much to offer. You can rent a golf cart nearby and cross over the road to go enjoy the beach and build a sandcastle or just sit back and enjoy the sound of the waves. The west end is fairly quieter than in town and is a very relaxing place to be with your family. We have a list of restaurants and things to do on the west end and in Galveston itself. It is located on the back of our guest book. We also have board games, books, corn hole, and a Jenga game.Come enjoy the pool!
This is a no smoking, no vaping property. Three night minimum to book. Pool not heated but will heat hot tub from 6:30-10:30 pm with a four hour notice. Hot tub will not be heated any hours other than what is posted above. Minimum age to book is 25. Booking guest must remain on premises with anyone 25 and under. No parties or events permitted. Only three cars permitted to park on driveway. HOA does not allow parking on streets or yards. We have a strict policy and do require a signed liability and house rules form plus require a list of guests names and ages. No pets. Max guests are 8 in this home. Max 4 adults. Only registered guests can be at the house and pool. Outdoor cameras are in various places. Backyard/patio cameras will be turned off soon after your arrival, however front cameras will remain on for security purposes.
