Summary: I checked in online but the lady at the front desk wanted me to fill out paper again. Then, she asked me if I was BW member and, when I said "no", she told me how I'm getting free parking like a member but there is no breakfast. Then she said "but you get a coffee in the room", as if this is some genius marketing feature. She's said that 5 years ago too (!) When I did make the coffee... there were no stir sticks in the sugar/napkin packets - three of four were opened. The fridge was loud, everytime the compressor started. The noise from people walking in the room above and at the adjacent staircase was also quite noticeable (especially early in the morning). The parking is awkward and tight, compared to the neighbouring hotels (also free). Overall, it is clean, decent and equipped like any hotel in this price range, I only booked this reward night there as it was the only one still available in that location.
