"The Comfy Cabin is the place to stay near Yosemite! This solar powered home offers EPIC mountain view as well as handicap friendly amenities so guests of all ages can stay in comfort and security. Located in the beautiful, gated, resort community of Pine Mountain Lake, The Comfy Cavin is just 25 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park...but there are also LOADS of amenities available in Pine Mountain Lake including multiple beaches, golf, and swimming.
Even if you never venture out of the house The Comfy Cabin has amenities to keep everyone busy all day including the fantastic outdoor space with 2 sun decks and 1 covered deck. You can even cook dinner in the great outdoors (gas BBQ), sleep outdoors (hammock), or exercise outdoors (kayak included)...or just chill in nature with the crisp mountain air all around.
Prefer the indoors? You will find wifi access, Netflix, plus a pool table and dartboard, board games, and books all available for you. There is also a full kitchen and three bedrooms (1K. 1Q, 1Q + T) as well as a sofa sleeper in the living room.

HANDICAP-FRIENDLY AMENITIES: Handicap ramp is off the driveway at the back entrance. Grab bar is in one bathroom tub/shower.
Pine Mountain Lake Administration (PMLA) charges per vehicle for access/parking permits; the entire amount is paid to PMLA. The access/parking permit(s) allows access to the gated community, including the amenities like the lake and swimming pool. The permit also allows you to park at the vacation rental you have reserved. The permit(s) are required to be on your car dash or hung on your rear view mirror at all times, for the duration of your stay. A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA. Parking permits are non-refundable.
The parking permit fee is $44 per vehicle for a 7-day duration (no daily pass).
