5- You are responsible for any injury related to the Trampoline or Spa. Use at your own risk.
6- I don't care how late you are to come back, just be respectful that others may be sleeping.
7- Please take shoes of in the house.
8- Don’t sleep on top of comforters - the sheets are there for a reason ;-)

My little Bungalow is near Old Town and Downtown, walking is a long stroll but doable.
Saturday mornings there is a Farmers Market in Old Town.
Easy on and off to 80 or 49.
Lots of trails, rivers & lakes to explore!
Only 1hr to Lake Tahoe or Sacramento!
Numerous small towns, and local shops to explore.
Go gold panning on the Bear river, hiking or biking in the Canyons, swim, fish, or tubing in the local Rivers & Lakes!
The train stop is walking distance, and the Best Fast Food this side of the Sierra’s.
Burger & Cream and Dutch Bro’s only a 5 min walk.
Kick it in the Hot Tub or watch the stars from the Hammock, play cards or games in the backyard, jump or campout on the trampoline!
Eat fresh from my garden, BBQ on the outdoor grill, or watch an outdoor movie complete w a Popcorn machine!
Make yourself at home anywhere on the property!
My office and bedroom is the only space off limits.
Make yourself comfortable in the living room, kitchen, backyard, or front porch- even though you are only renting a room.
City of Auburn requires that I collect an 8% transient occupation tax. You will be be billed for the tax after you have checked in.
