This 1 bedroom condo is tastefully designed and very comfortable. Just to let you all know there are no reviews because I have never rented it . This is my home . Iβm renting now as I need to take care of my mom right now . The balcony has a table and two outdoor chairs. Enjoy the infinity rooftop pool, with wi-fi and views of the Caribbean Sea. There are big beds to lay on and enjoy the sun, this rooftop pool is sure to please!
The kitchen is fully stocked, with everything you need to make a great meal! Electric stove, small convection oven, coffee maker, toaster and a blender.

For heavy use of electricity, any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at a rate of 6 pesos (about 30 cents USD) per kWh, from your security deposit. We will provide tips that will greatly reduce usage, if followed. A photo of the meter will be taken on checkin and checkout dates. **
MONTHLY RENTERS are responsible to pay 100% of their electricity. We require a larger deposit for monthly renters, this money will be used to pay the electricity at the end of the month/stay. Any balance is returned to the guest.
