Summary: After reserving a non-smoking room weeks in advance, only a smoking room was available. Staff seemed confused, had to return to office to settle confusion after settling into room. Room appeared grimy and smelled strongly, had to air out for hours. Needs remodel and deep clean. No coffee machine in room. Highway noise loud. Area desolate.
