Come stay at one of the best located and nicest ocean view properties in all of downtown Pismo Beach. Together these three units offer 7 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, offering three kitchens, many three of everything! It's great for large groups.
La Casita de Amelia (Condo A) is a beautiful 2 BR/2.5 bath, La Casita de Bailyn (Condo B) is a 2 BR/2.5 bath and the larger La Casita de Colton (Condo C) is a 3 BR/3 bath. Each has a private entrance, two car private garage, washer and dryer and many more amenities. By renting all three ocean view Condos guests can gather and be together when they wish and later when quiet or privacy is desired guests can retreat to their own spaces. Guests are walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, pier, bowling, parks and just about anything else guests choose to do. Some may want to stay in with little ones, or walk out at ones leisure. Guests can come and go as they please. Summer weekends have a 3 night minimum, depending on the dates, special event, etc. Off season we do consider 2 night minimums or longer term stays. Always ask!

There is also a flat screen in the family room, and one both in the master bedroom Cal King Room and guest Queen room. The two bedrooms have one bath inside the queen room and then a full bath off the master king room. There is a full kitchen off the large family room. The family room has a sofa and large wide chair and ottoman, dining table seats six. The condo is fully furnished with all the necessities of home and maybe more.
