The Space:
Get two separate houses with 2 separate kitchens and two decks with views of Beaver Lake. The main house has a spacious, open floor plan with large windows. Includes a family room with a 70” flat screen television, a formal living room and a play area for board games. Both places have fully stocked kitchens extra towels and linens and a desk.
The Beaver Lake Getaway includes the following:
• 6 BEDS (2 King, 2 Queens and 1 sofa bed,) plus another large couch and plenty of room for sleeping bags.
• Air mattress and/or cot available with prior request.

Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage. There is a neighborhood beach with a boat launch 1 mile away.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located in Beaver Shores at the end of a cul de sac right by Beaver lake. Our neighborhood has a private beach and a boat ramp. (Please note that in times of heavy rains the beach may not be accesible.)

- PETS - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings.
- EXTRA GUESTS - This listing is for 10 guests. Eight extra guests up to 18 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given
