Summary: Finding the place was a night mare. It was late at night very small sign couldn't find the place,had to call the hotel and have them walk me through getting there, even Google maps was taken me else where. The room was big but smelled like dogs and the floors were clean but you could tell areas were missed. Nothing In the rooms as far as hair Drier, coffee pot. The coffee vending machine in the lobby doesn't tell you or gives you access to coffee cups so if you buy coffee best make sure you have your own cup in there and ready. I lost my money while buying it cause I thought it was like other machines and the cup automatically drops down. Nope. BUT the front desk lady was amazing she stayed in the phone with me guiding me in to the place cause after 30 minutes of driving around looking for the place I was not happy... Once you found the place parking wasn't to bad at all

Summary: Just make sure everything is working in the rooms and make sure you have customers mobile numbers in case they leave the rooms.

Summary: Not sure if problems w booking are from hotel end or hotels.com. No breakfast. No accessible rooms available. Poor signage to find location.

Summary: All was goin good till we usef the toilet, it would not flush. I call the front desk and her answer was "we have a plunger down here if you want to try that. I knew it would not work. It was do to the water saving tank, it did not hold enough water to get a good flush.

Summary: Place is excellent but the mattress are terrible, I wakeup every day with back pain, I wish they fix the problem because is a excellent place to stay and everything you need is very close.

Summary: This was a cheaper hotel option and I guess I got what I paid for. The bed was not comfortable, the temperature was either too cold or warm and damp, but the kitchen was nice to have. There was a full-size refrigerator in the room.
