The Space:
Although the guesthouse is located in the backyard of the main house (100 feet from the main house), the area feels peaceful and secluded. It's a quiet retreat, yet it's only 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, the Lewisville River, and Regional Park.
Nothing feels tiny about this guesthouse, carefully designed with tongue and groove wood high ceilings, large glass doors, and windows to maximize lighting and the views. Desire more privacy? Simply close the blackout roller shades. Unpack your belongings in the provided matching drawers downstairs, drawer upstairs, and free-standing clothing rack while streaming your favorite shows on the Roku TV.
Extra blankets are found in the storage ottoman upstairs. High-speed wireless internet, table, and chair are provided for remote work.
