It is situated next to a walkway which leads the beach, oceanside association pool, jacuzzi and shuffleboard. The tennis court is located about 5 houses away. (See map for precise location).
The villa comes with a kitchen which is stocked with dishes, utensils and condiments. Appliances include a gas cook top, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender and coffee maker. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. The second between has two twin beds. The bathrooms come with linens and towels.
The patio has a BBQ and fire table for your enjoyment. Other luxuries include a flat screen TV with local cable, DVD player, fireplace and of course, WIFI.

Las Gaviotas is the "crown jewel" of Baja California. If you are looking for a stress free relaxing environment, this is the place to be. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
