Summary: Overall this is great place and I will say why below. There are a few things people ought to be aware of as to whether this property would work for you (these would not be issues for everyone but can be deal breakers): 1. Red flags for people with mobility issues: most important is that the toilet is facing the bathtub and is very close. It is also close to the wall on the left side. I have a bad knee that doesn’t bend as far as I’d like. Luckily it is my right knee and I could stick my leg out to the side while sitting. If my left knee were the bad one I could not have used that toilet. Anyone with mobility issues will have a difficult time with that. It was very stressful to use the restroom. It is not OK to not disclose the setup of the bathroom. Dogs: it is not made clear in the VRBO website that you are sharing a yard with another house and that you are expected to keep your dog on a leash the whole time they are in the yard. That tidbit is in the info binder onsite. I didn’t read it until my stay was almost done. By then, my dog had spent lots of time in the yard by herself. If I wanted to have my dog on a leash to potty and not be able to freely run around, I would have gotten a hotel. Overall it was nicely furnished, with a pretty kitchen, comfortable bed and a nice yard. It would work well for many people, but not at all. I would recommend this place for people without dogs or any kind of back, knee or hip issues.
