Welcome to A Peaceful Place. We have been a short term rental for over a year with over 4.97 stars. Our river home is just minutes to the lake or the casinos! There is plenty of things to keep you busy, from boating to hiking in the hills.
This newly painted and updated open floor plan house is in the perfect location for all your needs. It is located 5 minutes to Laughlins Casinos and less than 10 minutes to Katherine's Landing. There are many neat areas to hike within 15-20 minutes from here. Our Peaceful Place includes 3 bedrooms which sleep up to 8 people, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living spaces. Our flooring throughout the house is stained concrete which can feel slick with socks on so we recommend barefeet or shoes while walking around.
Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet. We ask that no parties are thrown here or loud talking outside after 10pm to be respectful to the neighbors.
Our driveway is pretty large and will accommodate an rv or boat as well as your vehicle/s
Pets: We bring our hypoallergenic dog out here with us so we also allow dogs and have a dog crate if you need to leave your dog for a few hours in the house. We do ask that you do not leave dog uncrated if you leave the house for a few hours. We do have a fully fenced backyard for them to run around in. Please do not allow pets up on the furniture.
