Private rooftop space with views to national landmarks such as downtown financial district skyscrapers, impecable view of Chapultepec Castle & park and right next to the beautiful church of "Nuestra Señora del Carmen" built in 1910 which can also be viewed from living room and bedrooms. The spaces are very well illuminated with natural light and wooden floors.
Excellent centric location walking distance to some of the most famous museums, galleries, & restaurants in the city.
The Space:
We always gift our guests with a small mezcal bottle for you to try out. Its a 2 story apartment with a private rooftop.
When you arrive to the property the main entrance leads to a key elevator that takes you directly to the 3rd floor inside of the apartment. On that floor you will find the living room and dining room decorated with a Kilim rug, guest bathroom, kitchen as well as the laundry room and maid quarter( which is not listed as a bedroom) this space has two balconies on opposite sides with views to the church and partial park views. On the second level you will find three bedrooms one king size bed, one double bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds with a twin to King converter device giving it the option to become a king size bed. This gives it the flexibility you need.
On the third level you have a private rooftop with spectacular views of the city skyline, castle of chapultepec and the church unique rooftop there is also private bathroom, dining table.
There apartment has double windows making it better to cope with the busy city.
