Summary: To begin with I typically stay at about 8-10 VRBO’s a year due to personal and business travel. This home we stayed about a month while our home was being built. The items I will describe about the home I have never experienced before at any VRBO. Prior to staying at the home there was a very negative review (the only one on the site). I discussed with the property manager, and he assured me it would all be different. The day we checked in the temperature in the house was nearly 80 degrees and just like the prior review would not cool down until very late in the evening. We had to buy a fan to get it cooled down. The bedding were very thin sheets and cheap white towels like you would find in a very cheap hotel. Also like the prior one the furniture is very uncomfortable and rickety. Several of the cabinets are broken as well as the towel racks. This was also mentioned previously but has never been addressed. The kitchen has very basic dishes and tools and is certainly not setup for any type of lengthy stay. The yard is fenced but is not safe for dogs. Next door the neighbor has a goat and a dog that rams the fence and has punched many holes in the fence. When I reached out the property manager to address these items, they said they would check into it but there was never any resolution for any of the issues. I would not recommend staying at this VRBO due to the issues and what they are charging per night.
