5 Bedroom House in Steeplechase, Scottsdale
*This is not a party house, absolutely no parties allowed. We want our guests to enjoy your time and the space. Having a party will ensure you don't get to. We have a 3 night minimum stay requirement.
This large home is 3600sf and able to provide space for everyone to rest comfortably, be together or spend time in quiet solitude.
Downstairs:
KITCHEN AND LIVING AREAS, the heart of every home and family... We understand the needs of guests and have included as many amenities we could think to offer for convenient family and friends gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with good quality appliances and items from a crockpot, air fryer, bullet blender, rice cooker, hot water kettle, an additional countertop ice maker and more all the way down to your necessary spices. A fully stocked coffee area is provided for you with your traditional coffee pot, a keurig pod coffee maker and a french press. We supply coffee pods, beans, sugar, sweetener, tea and hot chocolate.
The open concept makes for a comfortable and spacious living area with a sectional and large screen smart tv and french doors with double safety handles leading to the beautiful outdoors.
Additional gathering space.... we have a movie theater room with recliners and 82" smart screen tv, sound bar and subwoofer. A game room with air hockey/ping pong conversion table and a foosball table for your competitive, playful side. Because we love family time, we devoted an entire room to family game night with a large round table for board games, poker, whatever suits you! Just for good measure we picked up an NBA Jam arcade for your enjoyment.
Upstairs:
Two Master Suites with comfortable king size beds are available for your convenience and comfort. One master bedroom has a beautiful en suite bathroom with large walk in shower. Another master bedroom is situated right across the kids room for quick and easy access to your smaller children. The darling children's room may be my favorite with 4 single bunkbeds, tent hideaway reading/play nook and plenty of space for your little superheroes to play. The other 2 of 5 bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds, one with desk space for those still needing a work space for jobs or school. All bedrooms have spacious closets to store your belongings. A teen hangout loft with gaming chairs, tons of kids board games and floor puzzles is central in the upstairs sleeping areas.
OUTDOOR SPACE… The living area and movie room has french doors leading to our beautiful backyard under 300+ days of sunshine every year. Both have double safety handles to keep children from wandering outside on their own. A comfortable outdoor sectional faces the outdoor tv and private, heated pool with (OPTIONAL SAFETY FENCE) to keep an eye on the kids and enjoy your favorite sports or shows. My favorite feature though is the gorgeous Arizona style outdoor fire pit. We provide one log to get you started. Additional can be purchased nearby. The fully enclosed backyard is a stunning area to gather around and enjoy one another's company around a fire in the cooler Arizona evenings.
The entire home has 3 air conditioning units, multiple remoted ceiling fans throughout the house and outdoor patio and in every bedroom (except children's bunkbed room), and will keep you comfortable.
