The basement has a second living room equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa and walkout access to the lower patio. The second bedroom located in the basement, has two farm style queen beds with gorgeous views of the on-property light house, lake, and breathtaking sunrises. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk with a pullout twin trundle bed, perfect for families!
