Summary: Outside appearance was not clean. Trash cans overflowing, doors not clean, sidewalks needed sweeping. Room was clean but no mirrors other than bathroom. Breakfast was limited to cereal, bread and bagels. Coffee pot was just a 12 cup so out of coffee and coffee pot again needed washing.
