Home away from home in La Grange with 2 bedrooms and 3 car garage with plenty of additional parking on the 4 acres of land. This charming house features of a large master bedroom with a California king bed, bunk bed (queen bed, twin bed, and child bed-pullout), with a walk in closet and access to balcony from master bed room and family room. Guest bedroom has two queen beds and a closet for storage. Enjoy the cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra space. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower, guests will feel right at home. We provided extra blowup mattress and additional sheets and blankets in each room for comfort. We also have extra towels available with Shampoo, Conditioners and body wash in each bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need to cook and enjoy meals with your family and friends. Experience what La Grange has to offer with a stay at our fabulous house. There are 2 fishing pods within a 5 -10 minute walk from our home. A natural waterfall within 10 minute walk during the raining season. Lots of hiking and sight seeing. If you are lucky you will get to see an Owl, wild turkeys, and occasionally cows, goats and sheep.
Please note: Home is located 10 minutes from Lake Don Pedro and Lake McClure. Nearest grocery store and gas station is 15 minutes away. Less than 30 minutes away from Chicken Ranch Casino and multiple Lakes and Rivers (New Melones, Turlock Lake, Modesto Reservoir and Tulloch Reservoir) , 1 hour from Arnold, Angel Camp and 2 hours away from Yosemite National Park.
