Summary: Unkept, dirty outdoor entryway. Several people loitering outside. Clerk was exasperated and basically announced I should be prepared to not have the two rooms I had reserved, even though they were reserved a week in advance. My elderly parents are I had to wait until rooms could be "found"? We were so glad to leave the next morning, we didn't even glance at the " free breakfast".
