Positive: I paid over the phone for 1 of my drivers to have somewhere to sleep with truck parking. I spoke to a young lady at night and she said everything was setup i even received email confirmation. When my driver got there, he said an Asian receptionist was working and was clueless. The receptionist said that there was no way to confirm the over the phone reservation/payment? The account# i received from you guys was 50321589 My driver had to pay out of pocket to stay there. I am truly upset my driver had to pay out of pocket for this room i paid for over the phone; it's ridiculous.

Negative: Payment over the phone and when my driver was there checking in the receptionist said they couldn't find any reservation or payment.

Summary: I am not happy that my driver had to pay out of pocket after i spoke to your receptionist and booked
