This stylish place is perfect for group trips. The property has a vast front and back yard, perfect for spending quality family time. The vegetables growing in the back yard are free for guests to reasonably enjoy. The house has a large living room to fit all your group members, along with a smart TV and the Wi-Fi modem.
The house is prepared with all necessary items to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.
BEDROOMS:
There are two bedrooms in total, each room has one queen bed.
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS:
There is a large sofa in the living room that can fit two people.
BATHROOMS:
There is one full bathroom between the two bedrooms, and a half bathroom next to the kitchen.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove top, oven, toaster oven, cookware set, microwave, coffee maker, dinner set, drinking glasses, wine glasses, silverwares, seasonings, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and trash bags, ice trays, glass Tupperware, etc.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a large sofa that can seat your whole party. There is a flat screen TV along with the Wi-Fi modem. Our dedicated workspace is also located in the living room.
GARAGE:
The washer and dryer are located inside the garage. Equipped with laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
GARDEN:
The garden is a vast open land with many plant beds and an outdoor seating area.
FLOORS:
Our floors are varnished wood floors. The dark spots are part of the natural wood finish, and the white spots near the corners of the room are from the white wall paint.
KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS:
Our granite countertops are not smooth granite. They have its natural unique texture that may feel like stains, but it is not if you look at it.

A charge of $100-$250 will be put in place if parties/events/smoking/violated house rules occur. Additional charges will be issued for any theft or damages. Please do not remove any property in the house and take it home (decorations, supplies, etc.)
