The fenced back yard is divided into 2 sections, one part is dedicated to your unit. However, the 2 yards are not fenced off from each other. At the bottom of the stairs is a shared laundry room for your unit and the main house. This unit does share walls with the main house, a 3bd 2bth home also available for rent on this platform.
