Open the door & hear the sound of the sea, 2 minute walk to forest reserve , Play Cricket or football ,10 minute walk for your morning coffee at Ocean Beach Eatery, Or stay inside & lock out the winter with a cosy heat pump or light the wood burner & curl up & read your favourite book, 5 minutes walk to surf beach through the forestry walk. Wake up to the birdsong of the Tui`s & Kerereu in your back yard eating the flowers on the bottle brush tree, Forestry walks & reserve on your doorsteps .Walk through the sand dunes to the ocean beach. 10 minute walk to Foxton Beach`s iconic pump track bring the kids bikes. 5 minute drive to the Estuary for safe swimming. The property is all inclusive with Linen & towels & can sleep 6 x adults (Double Bunk Bed in Kids room ) or 4 x Adults (2 x Queen Beds ) & up to 4 x children , Beautiful property with lovely outdoor spaces & enclosed decking if required to seek solace from the heat. Swing Ball & other games for kids incl scooter for use. 4 Burner BBQ under enclosed back deck for your use. ( Stop Press # We have now 3 x Kids bikes for the exclusive use of our guests 1 x to suit 4-8 year olds & 1 x suit 8-12 year olds and one for 14 year olds. Note # Under Kiwi Batch tradition you are required to keep the house clean & wash your dishes( Dishwasher provided ) on your day of departure & remove your own rubbish, Please also respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a sensible minimum.( Please note we have a security camera on the front of the property to give security over the driveway .)
