Fully heated and air conditioned, large deck. Across the street, there is a beach deck on the beachfront for your use to view the bay and sunsets. Fully furnished, including a washer and dryer, and outfitted to just walk in and start your vacation. Just bring your favorite foods. Ample parking for friends and family. Bring your boat as there is a ramp to the Chesapeake bay about a half a mile from the cottage to the end of Smith Beach road. Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 11am on the day of departure.
