The guesthouse is a spacious 1,000 sq ft of living space that includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom with walk in shower, open concept living room and kitchenette. Pristine, desert landscaping with ornamental grasses surround the property. Close in proximity to local hospitals, Whiskeytown Lake, hiking and access to Sacramento River Trail Network. All in the City limits and in the much sought after Sunset Terrace neighborhood!
Kitchenette has all the essentials if you're inclined to make a meal, enjoy the complimentary coffee and tea (no cooktop or oven; toaster oven included).
The backyard features shared poolside lounge chairs and an outdoor table and seating for guesthouse guests only that's perfect for a warm day or a cool summer night after a day of hiking, mountain biking or being on the lake.
Our place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, small families (4 or less), and business travelers (3-mile to Shasta Regional Medical Center; 3-miles to Mercy Medical Center).
