Pool/SPA - SPA is heated year around. Heated pool is unavailable from November to March.

Booking & Event Agreement Policy – Oasis on the Vine, Lodi, CA
Guest & Event Size Limit:
We do not allow events exceeding 75 people total, including all registered overnight guests, day guests, vendors, and staff.
Any event or gathering with more than 75 attendees is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of all fees and deposits.
Required Forms Before Booking Confirmation:
For every booking, the booker must sign the following form(s) before the reservation is accepted:
- Swimming Pool Waiver & Release of Liability Form
For event-related bookings, the booker must sign both of the following before the booking is accepted:
- Swimming Pool Waiver & Release of Liability Form
- Event Agreement
Event Agreement Applicability:
The Event Agreement automatically applies if the number of day or event guests exceeds the registered overnight guest count.
Example:
If the booking is for 10 registered guests and an event includes 11 or more total attendees (including vendors or visitors), the Event Agreement is required.

- Flat trash dump fee of $100 up to 35 guests or $175 from 35-70 guests
Guest can get the food delivered. Guests can use BBQ area for food preparation.
Parking: Limited to 20 vehicles on site

50% down payment after the agreement is signed.
