Our property is located in a gated neighborhood & is fully equipped on 18 acres for your short or long term stay-ATV trail riding, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, wildlife watching on our acreage (see boundary map). Located between the Kiamichi River (access on property) & Simmons Mountains. Ride-in access to national forest trails in the area. *Please note this is a year round river but levels will fluctuate due to seasonal or weather conditions. *Pool is winterized in cooler months. Reliable Starlink internet on site!
