This is a modest farmhouse with ample space. A well equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms are located on top floor. The bottom floor consists of a bedroom and laundry room. The main access will be through the bottom floor. Each bedroom has air conditioning and heating. Guests are not able to use the fireplace. This is a private stay...guests will have the entire house to themselves.
