Cozy home located in what is referred to as deep SE. We moved out of inner city to rediscover the unique mix of people that lived in Portland prior to the 2005ish era. We found it here. Unfortunately we had to move back into the city. Now we rent our former 4 bed/2 bath home so that others who visit Portland can experience a slice of living in the PDX burbs.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with one bath make for a cozy, close family vibe. The kitchen flows with open floor plan to dinning room and around to entryway and living room on right and the hallway to main sleeping quarter. Downstairs? Yoga studio/gym or playroom, sauna, second bathroom with shower and a large guest bedroom. Fenced yard has an additional fenced garden within fenced space with raised beds for your planting dreams, in-ground covered pool (not available at this time) with big yard and privacy fence/trees all around, horse shoe pits, covered patio available in its entirety. Additional camper or RV paved parking with hook-ups on side of house. Fourteen min. drive to airport, 1 and a half hours to Mt. hood, close to Asian food scene and 12 min drive (even in traffic) to the trendy Division area. 10-20 min drive to all other food scenes in pdx. Two golf courses with 15 min drive. Safeway- 4 blocks, Halal stores abound. Many Russian groceries. We would consider a small dog under 18 lbs if the renter was working from home, additional fees would be worked out.
