The home is well appointed with comfortable furnishings, smart tv flatscreen mounted on the wall, a fully functional kitchen, stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, kitchen tools, toaster, microwave, gas range/oven, dishwasher, fridge, and washer & dryer in kitchen.
Two bedrooms; each with a queen sized bed; Leesa firm hybrid mattress and Ikea Hagusvar extra firm hybrid mattress. A third bedroom is set up as an office with a large work desk, a twin size daybed with memory foam mattress. Linens, towels, and cleaning implements are provided.
The property is fenced and gated with lots of outdoor space. A front porch with outdoor furnishings, a side patio with table and chairs, and back deck with sunshade and large comfy chairs.
