Located just a few miles from downtown Olympia in Boston Harbor, with a gorgeous water view of Budd Inlet. Please note, we do not have beach access from our yard, but there are two access points within 2 minutes (2 min drive or 5 min walk) of us on either side. We are just 3 blocks up the hill from Boston Harbor Marina on a quiet street. The perfect size for 2 people, with super comfortable Queen Bed, fridge and microwave, work area, and closet space. The bathroom is adjacent to the entrance, with privacy during your stay. Use of the laundry area is also available upon request. In addition, you have full access to use the deck, BBQ grill and fire pit. We will pull the blinds on the house and give you privacy.
You have a semi- private locked front entrance (we do not access at all when guests stay), full access to your bedroom, bathroom, entryway, and laundry area. There are room dividers and blinds set up also to give you more privacy between the main living areas during your stay. You also have full access to the yard, deck and fire pit areas as needed. Fire pit usage does depend on weather and high winds.
Important note-- We do have motion activated cameras (5 total) in places around the exterior of the home for security purposes. NONE are in the guest area. They simply monitor the entrances to the home. Included is a Ring Doorbell at the front entrance, a flood light on driveway entrance, as well as 3 cameras in our personal living space. These are morion activated and only on when we are not on the premises. They simply monitor who comes in and goes out of each entrance to the house. No cameras are anywhere near our guest area, and you have 100% privacy.
Lastly, we have two cats, both very friendly, if you see them around their names are Hoku (larger/ male) and Hele (Haley) smaller/ female).
There are lots of things to do around our area. Quiet, friendly neighborhood, quick walk to the beach through Burfoot Park, or Boston Harbor Marina. At the marina you can buy groceries, rent a kayak, stand up paddle board, or boat, and enjoy food and drinks on their covered dock area or in their indoor pub. Draft beer and wine, they have a great selection of NW beers in their cooler!
