Summary: The room was very tired! The experience from staff was mixed with some very helpful with others lacking any interest in our requirements. These were relatively minor issues and overall we were pleased with the hotel environment but we were very disappointed by the high cost of poor quality food ($16 for two very dry pastries and coffees). With no other local options available, customers were a captured audience which the hotel took advantage of.
