Summary: We were traveling for a family funeral in Hastings. Everything there was either booked or ridiculously priced. We did all our activities and meals in Hastings. But it was worth the 30 minute drive to stay in a clean but inexpensive hotel. It was also very quiet even though there were many other guests. As stated, they don't serve breakfast. My husband walked over to Casey's , very close by, and picked up breakfast and donuts. We had a little confusion at check-in, and the staff responded immediately ,virtually, on the check-in screen. It was seamless, and very professional. I would recommend this hotel and if needed, stay there again.
