Welcome family and friends to Bullhead City, Arizona where the desert offers a peaceful and relaxing destination. Our house sleeps 10 comfortably and is located in a quiet neighborhood. We offer plenty of parking where you can bring your boats, jet skis, trailers, RV, and mountain bikes. Enjoy stunning views of the beautiful Laughlin casinos which is about 3 minutes away from the nearest casino or you can go to Katherine's Landing which is a 7.5 miles away in Lake Mohave.

For guests staying on SUNDAY EVENING, kindly take the trash bins out to the street for collection Monday morning. If you're CHECKING IN/STAYING on MONDAY, please place the trash bins neatly to the side of the garage.

Guests have access to the entire home with 3 exceptions. There is plenty of parking in front of the driveway where you can park your vehicle, boat, RV, trailer or jet skis. Your family and friends can connect their smart devices to high-speed internet. The kitchen is stocked with all your basic needs. The space has been completely remodeled with laminate flooring and new furniture. In our patio we offer outdoor seating making it fun for family games and a roof deck for spectacular views of the river and casinos!
BEDROOMS: (All rooms are private)

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a sofa, two sofa seat comforters where you can relax and enjoy the smart tv. Family and friends can enjoy watching tv apps like DisneyPlus, HBO Max, Hulu, or Netflix.
KITCHEN:
Kitchen is well stocked for you and your family to prepare and cook delicious meals together. Blender, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, /Keurig coffee pods, knife set, utensils, pots, and pans. A spice rack with 20 different ingredients including sugar, black pepper and salt. We offer tea, coffee, dish soap, and basic cleaning supplies.
DINING AREA:
The dining table will accommodate 6 people and could be used as a workspace. 3 more people can sit and eat at the island counter.
BATHROOMS:
There are three full bathrooms with hand soap and towels. The master suite contains a full bathroom with a one person jacuzzi.
LAUNDRY ROOM:
We offer complimentary use of our washer and dryer for your laundry needs along with some tide pods. A new AC system has been installed and contains no door. Please do NOT touch the AC system.
ROOF DECK:
The white floored area on the roof deck is available to capture memories of amazing view of the city, casinos and river.
Note: By booking this, you are agreeing that you read through the rules and are 100% responsible for any bodily injuries or even death that happen within this property. You are not allowed to step onto the roof of the house that contain shingles. The stairs are used to gain access to the roof deck and is not a place to sit in any of the steps.
Please advise that the entire property will be accessible during your stay, with three exceptions: the 2 indoor storage closets next to kitchen room and in the hallway (both used by our cleaning crew to store their equipment). The third exception being the roof of the house where the shingles are placed.
Strict quiet hours are between 10pm-8am. If you need a home to party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you.
For your safety, there are outdoor security cameras and a ring doorbell camera on the property.
Guests agree to keep the property in good condition and are financially responsible for any items missing or broken. By booking this home, you are AGREEING to these house rules, and you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries or even death that may occur during your stay at this home.
